After rubbing with oil, coat your pork, chicken, or turkey in the Caribbean Spicy Chicken Rub for the combination of hot and spicy flavors characteristic of the West Indies.

For a classic barbecue flavor, use BBQ Spice Rub. It has plenty of savory and spicy flavors with a hint of sweetness from brown sugar. Best when first applied a day before cooking and then applied a second time before going on the grill.
