The difference between a good grooming device and a bad one is measured by ease and comfort of use. Do the teeth of your comb snag, pull and break your tendrils and cause static cling? That's a subpar comb. Does the comb move through your hair easily, create a lovely, soft coiffure and feel good against your scalp?
The untreated wood of this comb is a natural substance that complements and restores your hair, and doesn't strip your mane of the vital oils that make it soft and supple. Double-sided teeth work for various styles- one side finer, to sort out knots or slick back, the other wider to soften long hair or tame a handsome wave.

The comb is completely content being nourished by the oils from your hair, and doesn't require a clean. But if you want to clean it, it's as simple as some soap and water. Just be sure not to submerge the comb in water or allow it to soak.
The wood for this comb is cut with a 120 year old combmaker machine by a fourth generation combmaker family in Germany. The teeth of the combs are precise and fine, mechanically polished to remove any stray wood fibers and make the teeth very smooth. There is no wax or oil applied to finish the comb, so the wood is as natural as possible which is best for the hair.
