Ever sat down only to be poked in the leg by your keys? You, my friend, are in need of a key holder.

This particular one, constructed from the rugged oil materials of leather boots, is a slender option for keeping your keys consolidated and limiting pocket bulk. The corners are embossed with the words “Home,” “Office,” “Door,” and “Ignition” for keeping your most important openers at the ready. Custom made set screws and simple snap won’t let keys slip out. Commingle keys with the rest of the items in your pocket - like your phone and pant lining - without fear of scratched surfaces.

Use & Care

Unsnap the middle snap and slip in your keys.  If your keys have open loop bows, you can unscrew the side screws and put them through the hole in the key head. Then screw the end back on so your key is attached.

Swing the key back around the screw so it's inside the pouch, and snap it back up. When you're ready to open the door or turn on the car, unsnap and slide your key out around on its screw.

Note: The case is meant to fit regular-sized keys with metal bows. Larger keys, like some large, plastic ignition keys, will not fit.

Production & Design

Phigvel Makers is a group of Japanese designers whose line of boots and work clothes are made to look good while being useful. Their last Fall-Winter fashion book featured a line inspired by the stereotypical, classic American working man who carries grease gloves and leather boots.

The key holders are made from the off-cuts of leather boot production in the Phigvel shop in Japan. The leather is rugged oil-rubbed to soften and age beautifully over time.
