Welcome to the most useful key on your keychain. This solid piece of hardened steel with the bow of a key and the blade of a screwdriver is meant to be attached to your key ring and carried everywhere. It’s so small you won’t notice you have it, until you’re staring a stubborn little screw in its Phillips or flat head face.

The screwdriver key is borne of two simple facts: your keys are always close at hand. Your screwdriver is not. Door handles, hinges, fixtures, bicycles, appliances, clocks — many of our most used objects — are held together by screws. And somehow, the seemingly perpetual grip of these magnificent little fasteners either loosens or refuses to budge at the exact moment when it’s most inconvenient.

At 2.25 inches long and with the girth of your average screwdriver, the screwdriver key is the size of a key and weighs about 1 ounce, making it easy to fill your pocket real estate with something small, entirely useful and always at the ready. It comes with one Phillips head and one flat head, and will fit nicely into any standard-sized screw.

Use & Care

This bite-sized tool is a solid piece of black oxide hardened steel. No maintenance necessary.

Use it whenever the need arises, since it'll always be on you. Particularly handy for screws in tight spaces. Can take a door off its hinges just like any other screwdriver. As always, avoid over and under tightening screws.

Production & Design

The steel is pressed before it’s hardened and then finished with black oxide coating which gives the screwdriver keys their dark color and matte finish, allowing the key to blend into your keychain and helping the blade keep its shape in the long run.
